Armani Jeans Shoes

Bangladesh makes most of the shoes for the local consumers. It may not be one of big exporters of footwear but the footwear export has doubled in 2010-2013 and it continues to grow. Footwear export was roughly US$ 40 million in 2004 and it has grown to roughly $US 400 million in 2013.

Here is one of the export that I found browsing the web. This a suede leather loafer type men's shoes made for the Armani Jeans brand.

Crown Cement

I didn't realize that we are exporting cements from Bangladesh until saw an ad on NTV today. See the image of one of their products - Crown Portland Composite Cement. Yes, Crown Cement is one of the major exporters of cement from Bangladesh. Their major export market is parts of India and I am sure it will be matter of time before it reaches other markets soon.
