One of the most favorite pickles or aachar is olive pickles. Many brands make this flavor and this one is from Pran brand from Bangladesh. Excellent fresh taste!

Pran Dry Bay Leafs
Once dry spices were aways exclusively from India and Pakistan. Times have changed and now it's not uncommon to see the same spices from Bangladeshi brands like this one made by Pran. These can be found in all across the world in Bangladeshi groceries.

Pran Kalijeera Aromatic Rice
Spotted this at a local Indian grocery store. Pran has become a well known brand not just for Bangladeshis but the entire south Asian diasporas. This is not the cheapest rice but Kalijeera is a finer and smaller grain rice with wonderful aroma and great taste. This is a finer rice and you will know once you try it.

Pran Mr Noodles Magic Masala
Maggie is always popular among deshi kids - they always have the apatite for Maggie noddles. Now Bangladesh has their own version from Pan Foods - Mr Noodles. I have never tasted these but kids like them equally as Maggie so I bet they are good. This particular one is "Magix Masala" flavor and yes they are instant and microwavable.

Pran Peanut Bar
Another yummy snack bar from Pran. This plastic container contains small packets of bars that has real peanut coating. It is sweet and crunchy. These are available all over Bangladesh. Expats, check your local Indian/Bangladeshi stores and you might find these tasty bars there.

Pran Special Toast Biscuit
I just finished a whole packet of these crispy toast biscuits. Well, my kids ate most of them. Luckily I have another bag of these that I bought in Dhaka and will opening that now. These are available all over Bangladesh and in most Bangladeshi stores all over the world. You do pay more for it outside of Bangladesh but they are worth it. They have somewhat sweet taste and are very crunchy and go really well with a cup of tea or coffee.

Pran Jhal Muri
Very tasty snack food item. Only problem with these is that once you open the pack, it's hard to stop eating. They go really good with afternoon tea or snack alone or with friends.
