Someone presented me a Portland state souvenir recently. The cap appeared very well-made of cotton fabric and even adjustment belt with metal clip. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked where it was made as a customary habit. It is made in Bangladesh!
I am not sure where it was purchased but I am guessing at a souvenir store in Portland.
