Geoffrey Beene Men’s Dress Shirt

 

Geoffrey Beene is another brand that I ahaven’t covered here until now. This is American brand based in New York of course. I spotted this shirt made in Bangladesh at a Kohl’s store. This brand is also sold at other major chain retailers. 

Lee Extreme Motion Tapered Leg Jeans

Lee is an old American brand of denim Jeans and goes back to 1889 when it was founded. I am also a personal fan of this brand as they fit me the best. Surprisingly I never covered this brand before. I have many pairs of these Jeans and I live them. Lot of these Jeans are made in Bangladesh and here is one of my pairs that I bought a while back but never posted here. Bangladesh has come a long way in manufacturing quality denim Jeans and you could only find imported Jeans in Bangladesh in few places only as far back as 1980s. Now most of the Jeans there and many of the ones across the world are made in Bangladesh.

Tommy Hilfiger Men’s Dress Shirt

 

This is the first time I spotted Tommy Hilfiger made in Bangladesh. I knew clothing of this famous brand are made in Bangladesh but I never came across before and I am glad to find one this time. 

This finely made dress shirt was spotted at Macy’s store. This is stretchy material  and slim fit and very comfortable. Hoping to see more TH made in Bangladesh at other retail outlets. 

H&M Men’s Swimwear Mid-Length Leg

This is spring break season in the United States and Canada. Family with their kids are all heading to warmer places and near water. This is also a hot season for swimwear sales and most stores are already sold out of popular sizes. I was at the H&M store to pickup a swimwear to replace my decade old outdates baggy and long swim pants. It was hard to find the size but I was pleasantly surprised to find most of them are made in Bangladesh. Swimwear was not something that Bangladesh was making when I bought my last pair a decade ago. 

These swim pants are nicely fitted, not too baggy and not too tight and they are little bit low rise which is what's in style now. I also liked all the patterns and colors. You can't go wrong going to H&M if you need swimwear now and don't want to pay outrageous price.

Goodfellow & Co Men’s Shirt

 

This brand of clothing is sold at Target stores. First time I ran into this brand but ai believe this has been around for a while now. There were various types of clothing that I ran across when was at the store from dress shirt to casual t-shirt to pants to knit etc. 

This particular shirt appears well made and very comfortable. 

Levi’s Denim Shirt

Happy new year 2020! I hope to find newer brands and products that are made in Bangladesh this year and post them here for you. This is the first time I ran into a Levi’s brand denim product made in Bangladesh. As you may know Levi Strauss & Co is deeply rooted to denim’s history. This shirt was spotted at a high-end store at a local shopping mall. 

Pran Kalijeera Aromatic Rice

Spotted this at a local Indian grocery store. Pran has become a well known brand not just for Bangladeshis but the entire south Asian diasporas. This is not the cheapest rice but Kalijeera is a finer and smaller grain rice with wonderful aroma and great taste. This is a finer rice and you will know once you try it.
